Cool, a hint of herbal and nutty, restrained pome fruit nose with a touch of bacon, tobacco and a hint of menthol. Clear, polished and fine-juicy, again cool fruit, lively, fine acidity, nutty and quite fresh planty flavours, again slightly reminiscent of menthol ethereal nuances, good persistence, salty and chalky in the background, some grip, very good, tight, again cool finish with draw.
