2021 Burkheim Feuerberg Haslen Grauburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken, Baden, Germany

Clear, cool, polished pome fruit-citrus nose with delicately nutty, floral and very fine vegetable-vegetable nuances. Fine, again rather cool, polished fruit with lively, fine acidity and some grip, nutty and very slightly smoky tones on the palate, certain minerality, a hint of sugar snap peas, good persistence, quite firm structure, light mineral tones, a little smoke in the background, very good, tight, almost cold-looking finish with traction.
