Somewhat pome fruit and slightly herbal aroma with floral nuances, a hint of liquorice as well as fine spicy and nutty tones. Tart, restrained, again ripe-appley, yet completely dry fruit, very fine acidity, some grip and nutty tones, slightly floral and delicately herbal in the background, chalky tones, a hint of bacon, hints of cocoa in the background, some depth, very good, firm finish, again with a hint of liquorice.
