Cool, fresh, yeasty citrus core fruit nose with nutty and tobacco hints. Clear, herbaceous juicy, cool fruit, distinctly yeasty, slightly bready and nutty tones, fine bubbles, good sustainability, fresh herbal notes, hinted smoke, some grip, sustainable, slightly chalky, salty and with a touch of bacon, has tension, very good finish with bite.
