2017 Burkheim Schloßgarten Villinger Grauburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken, Baden, Germany

Clear, polished nose, light njutty and herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, tart, fairly elegant yellow fruit, hint of mushrooms, peppery notes, herbaceous traces, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, firmly astructured fruit on the palate, lively acidity, yeasty notes, light tannic grip, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate oily and resiny notes, light nutty touch, prominent salty mineral notes, hint of mushrooms and smoky traces, still undeveloped, firm structure, some depth, touch of red berries, still slightly astringent, more smoky traces on a very good, firm, tart, juicy finish.
