2017 Burkheim Feuerberg Kesselberg Spätburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken, Baden, Germany

Light dried floral notes on the nose, redand a few black berries, nutty oak, hint of juniper and mustard seed. Fairly prominent oak on the palate, hint of bacon, ripe fruit, hint of tobacco, earthyand dried vegetal notes, fine, dusty, slightlyastringent tannins, full body, good persistence, touch of juniper in the background, firm structure, some depth, very good, fairly complex finish.
