2016 Chardonnay trocken -SE-, Baden, Germany

Cool nose, citrus and some peach fruit, still yeasty, fresh vegetal notes, light floral and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, vegetal notes and fairly prominent, slightly chalky mineral notes, lively acidity, still slightly muted by tannins, good substance and persistence, buttery traces, hint of caramel, has not yet come together, becomes more harmonious, juicy and fresh with aeration, also becomes firmer, very good finish.
