Restrained, clearly nutty fragrance with moderate vegetable and slightly warm yellow-fruity aromas. Tart fruit in the mouth, again clearly nutty and somewhat planty aromas, also a little bit of dried herbs and a hint of tobacco, fine acidity, lots of tart minerality, persistent, has power and a certain warmth, firm structure, certain depth, hinted at bacon in the background, very good, firm, tart, juicy, nutty, smoky and mineral finish
