Translate to English Röstiger, Zunächst ein wenig rustikaler Duft nach eingekochten roten Beeren mit viel Rauch und mineralischer Note. Weiche, saftige Frucht mit reifen, sehr feinen, ein wenig marmeladig, gewinnt aber mit Luftzufuhr an Struktur und Biss, rauchige und röstige Holzwürze, viel Schmelz am Gaumen, kräftiger Körper, dicht und tief, mineralisch, lang. Braucht derzeit unbedingt Luft.
