Cool, bitter, with a hint of reductive citrus nose featuring herbal to plant-like nuances, light shell tones, and a hint of smoke. Bitter, bright, cool fruit, nutty and slightly smoky notes, somewhat herbal on the palate, appropriate acidity, a touch of soft phenolics, certain sustainability, hinted melt, some minerality in the background, good to very good finish.
