Vegetable and hints of nuttiness with restrained pome fruit aromas, a hint of potato as well as mushroomy and earthy nuances. Ripe, warm fruit, at first somewhat muted, then juicier, nutty, yeasty and vegetal tones reminiscent of cauliflower, some buttered, toasted breadcrumbs, certain persistence, power and warmth, gains precision and freshness with air, very good finish.
