Restrained nose, light yeasty and vegetal notes, whiff of pomaceous fruit, earthy traces. Light-bodied, restrained, bone dry fruit on the palate, elegant yeasty, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, delicate acid bite, fairly persistent, nutty traces, hint of tobacco, light mineral notes, clear contours, good to very good, very tart finish.
