Light vegetal and yeasty notes on the nose, light yellow fruit, floral traces, mineral notes. Clear, cool, tart fruit on the palate, very elegant, fairly lively acidity, yeasty, nutty and vegetal notes, chalky and salty mineral notes, fairly persistent, some bite on a good, cool, firm finish, slightly restrained, very tart and juicy.
