2016 Großheubach Bischofsberg Riesling, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart nose, vegetal and light earthy notes, still slightly yeasty, restrained yellow fruit, whiff of mint, mineral notes. Bone dry restrained fruit on the palate, vegetal as well as light earthy and yeasty notes, light tannic grip, fairly prominent, elegant, slightly lemony acidity, slightly muted, slightly astringent on a good to very good finish.
