Undeveloped nose, still extremely yeasty, pomaceous and stone fruit, light floral and nutty aromas, light herbs, fresh butter and root vegetables. Fairly polished, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and vegetal aromas, elegant, lively acidity, lemon zests, broccoli and salty notes, good persistence, medium body, floral traces, hint of dark berries, some sugar candy, good to very good finish.
