Prominent vegetal and light yeasty notes on the nose, citrus, pomaceous and stone fruit, earthy and mineral notes, floral traces. Fairly light-bodied, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, lively acidity, yeasty and herbaceous aromas, light tannic touch, hint of bitter orange, very light floral touch, good substance and persistence, light grip, mineral notes in the background, bite and grip on a very good, fairly juicy, slightly sweetish finish.
