Relative coolness, somewhat white-floral, nutty and vegetal nose with hints of preserved core and stone fruits and a trace of wild herbs. Straightforward, cool, finely juicy fruit with moderate sweetness, a touch of mixed berries and hinted surimi, lively acidity, light grip, certain sustainability, salty and chalky tones, good to very good, slightly sweet finish with a hint of herbal spice and noticeable minerality.
