Fairly firm nose, dried vegetal, light smoky and prominent mineral notes, partly dried yellow fruit, yellow spice and peppery traces. Tart, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, prominent vegetal notes, hint of mussel shells, light lemony notes, fairly persistent, prominent acid bite, mineral notes in the backgrouind, hint of wasabi, good to very good firm, gripping finish.
