Cool nose, prominent citrus and vegetal notes, light yeasty notes, peach fruit, tart earthy and mineral traces. Tart and firm on the palate, yeasty, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, some tobacco, restrained fruit, good substance and persistence, elegant, fairly lively acidity, still slightly muted, light grip, some depth, hint of mushrooms on a very good tart, juicy, yeasty, minerally finish.
