2001 Erbach Steinmorgen Riesling Auslese, Rheingau, Germany

Aromas of wax, dried yellow fruit, caramel and some honey. In the mouth, quite a lot of caramel, spicy, almost roasted notes, elegant acidity, well integrated sweetness, traces of tannin on the palate, no great depth, but harmonious, again some wax and lots of caramel on the finish.
