Somewhat grassy-vegetable and clearly reminiscent of celery with white and yellow fruity aromas and a hint of mushrooms. Tart, quite tightly knit fruit, lively, fine acidity and some grip, again grassy-vegetable to herbal aromas, a little elderflower on the palate, persistent, has power, some warmth and melting, but also bite and cooling elements, slightly chalky and salty in the background, almondy tones, very good finish.
