2021 Riesling VDP.Gutswein trocken "Held", Rheingau, Germany

Cool citrus-peach nose with slightly herbal-vegetable, hints of floral and red berry nuances. Slender, rather cool, fine-juicy fruit, lively, fine acidity, some grip, yeasty nuances, delicately floral and red berry in the background, herbal tones, quite clear minerality, a trace of caraway in the background, not completely dry, good to very good, quite juicy and grippy finish, again also with some yeast.
