Cool, fine-herbal to herbal and a hint of yeasty nose with restrained, quite fine citrus aromas, some apple and peach nuances. Clear, fine-juicy, polished, tart fruit, herbaceous-herbal and slightly yeasty notes, persistent on the palate, lively, fine acidity, has grip, quite distinct minerality, some depth, very good, taut, herbaceous-juicy and again distinctly mineral finish with floral traces.
