Quite cool, somewhat planty to herbal, almondy and hinted at bacon core and stone fruit scent with a hint of fennel and rhubarb. Polished, cool, juicy, slightly sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of vineyard peach, fine, lively acidity, has some grip and good persistence, hints of mint, light mineral tones, very good finish with bite and a little grapefruit zest.
