2018 - Riesling "PetNat", Rheingau, Germany

Rather hazy straw yellow colour. Prominent yeasty notes on the nose with some brioiche notes, vegetal notes, yellow fruit aromas reminiscent of pomaceous fruit, floral traces. Tart fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty, nutty and vegetal aromas, hint of mushrooms in the background, delicate bitter touch, fairly restrained mousse, fairly persistent, good to very good, tart finish.
