Restless, clearly yeasty, also a little bit yeasty, with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, clearly soup herbs and earthy tones. Ripe, firm, tangy-juicy fruit with a lot of yeasty spice, nutty aromas and noticeable tannin grip, very fine, ripe acidity, certain warmth, dense and lasting, minerality in the background, completely dry style, again a trace of soup herbs, very good, firm finish
