cool, firm, fairly deep nose, white peaches and citrus fruit, delicate yeasty notes, hint of red berries, initially light mineral notes, significantly more prominent with aeration. Fairly juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, yeasty, delicate floral and light herbaceousy notes, some more red berries, salty mineral notes, firm structure, restrained tannins, quite crisp, but retains filigree character, persistent, very good juicy, delicately sweet finish.
