2015 Hallgarten Riesling feinherb Ortswein, Rheingau, Germany

Slightly muted yeasty nose, prominent tart vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, yellow fruit. Fairly juicy, sweetish, cool fruit on the palate, elegant vegetal, herbaceous, floral and yeasty aromas, hint of dark berries in the background, very elegant and fairly lively acidity, salty mineral traces, restrained, integrated tannins, good persistence, still young, but already approachable, good to very good juicyfinish.
