A slightly developed, somewhat vegetal and slightly tobacco-like aroma of ripe yellow fruit with a hint of lard and green nuts. Ripe fruit with a delicately sweetish melt, lively, almost present acidity that integrates well with air, banana leaf and lemons in the background, hints of mint and butter, light tannic grip, certain persistence, salty tones, good to very good, slightly drying finish.

Editor note: Somewhat floral and nutty scent with restrained pome fruit aromas and floral nuances. Quite taut fruit with nutty, yeasty, somewhat herbaceous-planty and again also a little floral tones, some acidity, relatively present tannin, good persistence, salty mineral tones, a hint of rock candy, good to very good finish.
