2021 Riesling Kabinett feinherb "Muschelkalk", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly nutty, somewhat vegetal to dried herbal and hinted at bacon nose of yellow fruits with a hint of dried mushrooms. Straight, sweet fruit, lively acidity, light tannic grip, some persistence, grapefruit and mint in the background, salty tones, good finish.
