Somewhat nutty and delicately smoky aroma with citrus and pome fruit aromas, fine herbaceous and planty tones, a hint of mushrooms and floral nuances. Clear, fine-juicy, almost cool, very dry fruit, herbal and nutty tones, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, floral nuances, certain minerality, a hint of citrus peel, elegant style, still young, very good, fine-juicy finish with fresh, tart juice and nutty to hints of woody notes.

Editor note: Light nutty and a little smoky, also delicately yeasty pome fruit scent with citrus nuances and hints of egg white, chalk and bacon. Tart, bright, still a little closed fruit, yeasty, chalky and delicately smoky notes, fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, vegetal tones, floral nuances, certain depth, quite clear minerality, elegant style, has freshness, very good, tangy, also salty finish. Very successful.
