Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, almondy and hints of bacon aroma of bright yellow fruits with a hint of fennel. Bright, juicy, sweet citrus fruit with a slight acid bite, has some grip and certain persistence, a hint of blackberries and mint, salty tones, good to very good finish with mineral tones.
