Translate to English Feiner, zart kräuteriger Duft nach eingemachten Melonen, Mispeln und etwas getrockneten Champignon mit deutlich gemüsigen Tönen. Am Gaumen beinahe cremig, zart würzige, eingemachte, leicht verwaschene gelbe Frucht mit vegetabilen Noten, auch eine Spur Hefe, passende, leicht süßliche Dosage, mittelfeines Mousseux, hat einiges Volumen, wirkt aber nicht allzu schwer, kordentlicher Abgang.
