2019 Grande Réserve trocken "Wolke 7", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Warm, toasty aroma of ripe black and red berries with peppery aromas, a little Mediterranean herbs, hints of juniper and meaty-animalic traces. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved, warm fruit with quite distinct raspberry notes, sweet wood spice, milk-chocolate and smoky tones, in the background again Mediterranean herbs, some pepper and smoky-spicy nuances, good persistence, noticeable alcohol warmth, good to very good, soft, alcohol warm finish.
