Clear, cool and polished, bright, quite fine citrus pome fruit scent with floral traces and fine vegetal aromas. Clear, tart and very tart, polished, quite bright fruit, lively acidity, clearly yeasty and slightly vegetal notes, persistent, has bite, still undeveloped, nutty traces in the background, clearly chalky-mineral tones, good depth, lean style without any fat but still with pressure, very good, tight, bright and tart, fine-juicy, cool finish with plenty of draw. Still needs to mature a little
