Fine, herbal and yeasty citrus scent with apple and stone fruit notes, floral nuances and minerality as well as a little dark ethereal spice. Juicy, restrained fruit with fine acidity, yeasty notes and grip of crumbly tannin, floral nuances in the background, fine bitter ethereal herbs, distinct minerality, some melting, again floral nuances in the background, good depth, still little developed, a touch of dark berries in the background, delicate smoky hints, very good, firm finish with pull and lots of tart ethereal spice. May mature.
