Bright, somewhat floral pear scent with herbal-plant and white fruit traces, a bit of smoke, delicate bread crust and bacon, as well as subtle nutty and tobacco notes. Firmly structured, clear, quite fresh, herbaceous-juicy fruit, lively acidity and a bit of grip, smoky and nutty wood notes, a hint of celery and parsley root on the palate, good substance and sustainability, medium strength, a touch of nut butter in the background, salty-chalky tones, very good finish.
