Somewhat fresh, planty citrus scent with cool, light stone fruit notes, floral nuances and a hint of dark berries. Clear, lean, fine-juicy, tart fruit, fresh planty flavours, a hint of yeast and yeast extract, some grip, some persistence, fine, lively acidity, chalky and salty hints, delicate carbonic acid, elegant style, good to very good, tart finish.
