Fresh, somewhat vegetal and slightly nutty citrus pome fruit scent with mineral traces. Clear, polished, cool, fine-juicy fruit, lively acidity, fine vegetal notes, somewhat yeasty, floral and nutty, a hint of dark fruit, good persistence, has bite, good to very good, tart, fresh finish.
