Taut, rather tart, clearly yeasty, also nutty and finely vegetal, slightly herbal aroma with moderate, light wood aromas, some ginger and mineral tones. Ripe, bright, juicy fruit, fine acid bite, yeasty notes and grip of friable tannin, some vegetal to herbal tones, ginger again, distinct minerality, persistent, good substance and some depth, some yellow spice, good depth, bacony nuances, very good, firm, juicy and finely spicy finish. Still needs to mature.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
