Quite firm, still unapproachable, clearly fresh-vegetable, slightly green fragrance with white and yellow fruity aromas. Tart, restrained fruit, peppery, yeasty, planty to herbal tones, some elderberry, lively acidity and plenty of grip of ripe tannin, good persistence, ethereal notes, quite distinct minerality, very good, firm, tart finish.
