Firm, somewhat floral and herbaceous-vegetable scent with calm, clear, tart yellow-fruity aromas, smoky and nutty wood tones and still a hint of yeast. Firm, juicy, not completely dry fruit with present acidity and some touch of ripe tannin, clearly vegetable to herbal and delicate floral aromas, smoky woody notes in the background, lasting, fine vegetable tones, a hint of bacon, salt in the background, still undeveloped, certain depth, very good, firm finish
