Translate to English Stark vegetabile, deutlich an Blumenkohl und etwas an grüne Bohnen erinnernde Nase mit erdigen und verhalten gelbfruchtigen Noten. Auch im Mund mehr gemüsig als fruchtig, etwas glatt, lebendige Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, aber wenig Tiefe, eher kühl wirkend, ganz leicht antrocknend, ordentlicher Abgang.

Editor note: Translate to English Deutlich kräuteriger und auch mineralischer Kernobstduft mit feinen grün-gemüsigen Aromen und Noten grüner Nüsse. Fest gewirkt im Mund, trotz leichten Restzuckers herb wirkend, viel Mineralik und auch wieder Noten grüner Nusse, sehr feine, lebendige Säure und Kohlensäure, etwas nachhaltig am Gaumen, fester Bau und relativ viel Kraft, noch eher unentwickelt, auch eine Spur rau und mit Luft zunehmend bitterlich, guter Abgang.
