Klar und ruhig im Mund, schmelzige Frucht mit vegetabilen Tönen, feine Säure, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, deutliche Mineralik am Gaumen, recht kräftiger Körper, einerseits leicht wärmend, aber auch mit kühlen Elementen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, sehr guter Abgang.
