Translate to English Schwarzviolett. Rauchiger, röstiger und rußiger Duft nach schwarzen Beeren und etwas Kirschen mit pflanzlichen, auch gemüsigen Noten. Auch im Mund rußig-holzig und rauchig, dunkle, untypische Frucht, etwas Kohlensäure, feinsandiges, ein wenig trocknendes Holztannin, kräuterige Töne, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, fruchtiger und röstiger Abgang. Durchaus gut gemacht, aber holzbetont und wenig sortentypisch.

Editor note: Translate to English Röstig und etwas schokoladig-fleischig in der nussigen Beerennase. Am Gaumen harmonisch, leicht gekochte und teils eingemachte Beerenfrucht mit schokoladigen Anklängen, gut eingebundenes Holz, hat trotz des relativ geringen Alkoholgehaltes einigen Schmelz, sehr modern und gekonnt ausgebaut, moderate Tannine, etwas wenig Sortencharakter, ordentlicher Abgang.
