Clear, quite firm, somewhat herbaceous-vegetable and nutty aroma with tart yellow-fruity aromas as well as floral and mineral nuances. Clear, ripe, juicy fruit, very fine acidity, nutty, somewhat yellow-spicy and a hint of buttery notes, very fine acidity, moderate tannin, good persistence, a hint of salt, very good, slightly sweet finish with smoky and nutty tones.
