Slightly planty to herbal scent of partly candied citrus fruits and stone fruits with mineral notes. Ripe, juicy fruit with herbal-vegetable aromas and distinct minerality, fine, quite lively acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, some depth, a hint of rock candy, very good, tight finish with juice and again lots of tart minerality.

Recht fest gewirkte, feinsaftige Frucht im Mund, deutlich pflanzliche Aromen, feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, eine Spur gedeckt, im Hintergrund erdige Mineralik und wieder ein Hauch Pfeffer, zitronige Nuancen, guter, kräuteriger und etwas mineralischer Abgang mit tabakigen Spuren.
