Cloudy straw yellow. Yeasty, fine-vegetable and slightly almondy-nutty aroma with pome fruit aromas, floral nuances, a little yellow spice and a hint of butter. Tart, somewhat apple-like fruit, still with a hint of banana, clearly yeasty aromas, medium-fine mousseux, noticeable grip of ripe tannin, nutty tones, persistent, a little chalky, citrus tones on the palate, very good finish with bite.

Best to drink: Bis 2023+. What our ratings mean
