Prominent yeasty notes on the nose, light nutty and vegetal notes, ripe, partly preserved, mature pomaceous and stone fruit, some caramel and a hint of bacon. Ripe, fairly juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty aromas, some yellow spice, lively acidity, fine mousse, firm grip, good substance and persistence, it is so juicy it appears slightly sweetish even without any residual sugar, nutty traces and a hint of bacon in the background, touch of sugar candy, very lively, very good firm, fruity finish.
