2020 VDP.Gutswein trocken "Gutssilvaner", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Youthful, still yeasty, somewhat herbal pear scent with floral and delicately spicy nuances. Clear, fresh, still undeveloped, juicy fruit, lively, fine acidity and some carbonic acid, grippy on the palate, delicately spicy, again also a little yeasty, mineral in the background, good persistence, good to very good finish
